Appointments
Always book an appointment – one appointment per patient.
Mention any special appointments i.e. procedures / insurance medicals.
Insurance Medicals:
Only Mondays – Fridays (30-min consultation).
Ensure that you bring all documentation with you.
Ensure you have completed your section beforehand.
General
Always report to reception.
Tell the staff if your are not feeling well.
Manage your expectations – understand that doctors often fall behind due to complex cases or emergencies.
Always bring your medical aid card with you.
New Patients – Complete details on LogBox prior to your consultation.
Existing Patients – Please ensure your details are up to date.
If there are any changes, update your details via LogBox and notify reception.
Please keep your WhatsApp number and email address up to date to ensure appropriate communication from the doctors.
