Account communication will be done via email, SMS, WhatsApp or telephone.
Private Patients:
Consultation fee does not include any medicine / procedures.
All services to private patients are payable immediately.
All accounts older than 120 days will be handed over for collection. ITC traces will be done on accounts.
All costs will be your responsibility.
Medical Aid:
Once medical aid is depleted, private tariffs will apply.
Although a patient is a member of a medical aid, the account remains his/her responsibility.
Always make sure the medical aid does pay account.
ICD-10 codes relating to the diagnosis will be forwarded to the medical aid.
Where a designated service provider has been appointed by your medical aid, it remains your responsibility as the patient to familiarise yourself with any medical and financial restrictions when consulting a non-designated service provider.
